Senior Finance Executive, Kuala Lumpur - Bukit Jalil

Purpose of the Position:

The Position will help develop and implementation of goals, policies, priorities and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, GST, tax and/payroll.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports, including Monthly Management Report and Group Consolidated Accounts.
  • Monitor the cash flow collection and payments. Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.
  • Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.
  • Directs and participates in cost analyses and rate studies.
  • Budget and Fore-casting -Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
  • Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
  • Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
  • Reviews financial statements with management personnel.
  • Directs the installation and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.
  • Checking and Submission of GST Return.
  • Able to liaise with the Auditors, bankers and Tax Agents pertaining to accounts and tax matters.
  • Directs internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification in ACCA or its equivalent.
  • At least 5-7 years working experience in a related field, with at least 3 years in a similar managerial position.
  • Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office application, preferably with SQL software working knowledge.
  • Good understanding of GST implementation and processes is essential.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly driven, self-initiator and team player with strong leadership skills.

Procurement Executive, Kuala Lumpur - Bukit Jalil

Purpose of the Position:

This position is multi-faceted working closely with both Design Team and alongside Account Team to ensure regularity with client documentation, invoicing and contracts while adherence to Design needs and requirement of the Design Team and Clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers to constantly strive for the best purchase price while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and service.
  • Develop and manage supplier database, including existing and potential supplier.
  • Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives. Generating and processing Purchase order on time.
  • Collaborate with estimating & purchasing in the up-front set up of projects to ensure profitability, client satisfaction and the best contractor for the job.
  • Coordinate and monitoring on delivery of goods purchased as per date required to meet the timeline of all projects. Monitor invoices through payment processes.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of purchasing documentation records information easy accessible by sorting and filing documents from start to the end of each project.
  • Preparing cost proposals for new projects and meticulous on details. ? Knowledge of interior design industry is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in SQL software is an added advantage.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Purchasing or other business related field. Must have basic knowledge of GST implementation and processes.
  • Possess good interpersonal communications skills, meticulous, aggressive, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office application and experience in SQL software will be an added advantage.

Senior Interior Designer, Kuala Lumpur - Bukit Jalil

Purpose of the Position:

As an interior designer, you are responsible for interpreting, organizing and executing the conceptual design of a project as well as utilizing creativity, foresight, and judgment to meet project requirements and objectives through project completion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Meet with Client to determine Requirements & Needs.
  • Design & Create solutions (Sketches, Plans & Specifications).
  • Develop presentations which may include drawings, sketches, renderings, perspectives, color and material boards, power point presentation, photographs or models.
  • Collaborate with professional and technical consultants (mechanical, electrical and structural engineers, architects, audio-visual consultants).
  • Report timescales & progress to the manager related to design finalization.
  • Consider materials, effects and costs and prepare specifications.
  • Preparing the scope of work and timeline for team and drawings and conceptual details.
  • Attend coordination meetings with regards to all design matters.
  • Follow up and Coordinate with all relevant parties and the client representative at all the steps of the project from initiation step till handing over including monitoring and following up any expected variations to insure that the design had been followed by all parties.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Position requires creativity & artistic talent, good organizational, time management and communications skills and a committed individual who is able to translate their design experience and ideas in response to the challenges of this large-scale development.
  • Candidates must have a Bachelor?s Degree in Interior Design.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Candidate should be experienced in designing commercial Offices, restaurants, retail outlets & spa's.
  • A great team player, work independently with minimum supervision and effectively.
  • Required skill(s): 3D Studio Max, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad and computer literacy in Microsoft Office application.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience required.
